Delete your Hey Dolly account
Deleting your account permanently removes it and everything stored with it. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account (name, email or phone number, password)
- Your questions and answers, topics and imports
- Revision progress, positions and review schedule
- Pro status and remaining credits
- Institution and pool memberships
- Signed-in devices and notification tokens
Deletion happens immediately. Invitations you sent to other people on behalf of an institution stay with that institution. If you are the only Admin Manager of an institution, promote someone else first.
Option 1: in the app
Open Hey Dolly, then ⋮ menu → Settings → Delete account.

For accounts with a password. Signing in here signs out your other devices.
Signed up with Google?
Use Option 1 in the app, or ask us by email and we delete the account within 7 days of confirming it is yours.
