Hey Dolly is a digital service; nothing is shipped.

• Pro and credit packs are turned on in the app as soon as Google Play confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
• Institution plans are turned on, or extended, as soon as the payment is confirmed: straight away for Razorpay payments, and within one working day for bank transfers. A receipt is emailed to the institution's head.
